Join the KSHN Membership
Membership to the Kentucky Safety and Health Network, Inc. is open to all individuals. Current members of the KSHN board of directors, or those wishing to be nominated to the board of directors must reside in or be employed in the state of Kentucky.
Membership in the Kentucky Safety and Health Network, Inc is an annual membership which extend from the annual conference to annual conference. Annual membership is included for all paid participants to the Governor's Safety and Health Conference. For any individuals wishing to join the KSHN, Inc. they may do so by completing an application and paying the membership fee online or by downloading the application form and mailing the completed form and the $35 membership fee to KSHN, P O box 4087, Frankfort, KY 40602-4087. All memberships expire prior to the next annual safety and health conference regardless of the join date.
