A statement from President Blevins and her commitment to safety “Passion and Dedication are crucial for Safety and Health Professionals. As safety professionals you must believe in the work you do and be able to pass your knowledge on to others in your circle of co-workers, family and friends. Safety is important to a healthy home and work environment. Continual learning and training is key to staying on course with the most up to date safety regulations and changes in the world of safety. This can be achieved in several ways such as attending classes through a local community college, attending training that the Kentucky Labor Cabinet offers throughout the state or by a professional safety consultant and by attending the 28th Annual Governor’s Safety and Health Conference May 8th-11th, 2012 at the Galt House in Louisville. The members of The Kentucky Safety and Health Network’s main goal as Safety and Health Professionals and advocates, is to get everyone home safely to their families at night.”
New members are encouraged to join and membership
